Joe’z Bayside Market and Café opened in November 2024, founded by Jackson Hazzard and Christian Deysine. Raised on Capitol Hill, both attended St. Joseph School—affectionately known as St. Joe’s—where their connection to the neighborhood first took shape. Those formative experiences inspired a shared vision to build a business rooted in community. Joe’z is the realization of that vision: a place to share a passion for great food while fostering meaningful connections with the people they serve.
